“Arrival at the property was disappointing. It took a while to get hold of the lodge manager , as no one was at the gate to open. Dispute notices about dangerous animals, I was still expected to get out of the car and open the gate, same at check out too. This was is irresponsible as if puts guests in danger! Property requires updating, no phone in the lodge, so guests have no way of contacting reception/ manager. Staff were accommodating, attentive and helpful. Had fish and chips for dinner,...

The child center was under construction, the pools were not heated, there were no activities for young children nor was there food catered towards young children. ”

The lodge itself is absolutely beautiful. Everything feels modern, elegant, peaceful, and...
