We have been told by Expedia if your reservation is prepaid by them, we do not give receipts out to the guest. Expedia emails you a receipt prior to your check in. So, in the future if you would like a receipt make sure you do not book a prepaid reservation. They have reservations that you can book thru them that our hotel collect (and yes, we can give a receipt for this kind of reservation). We hope to see you in the future.
