"Hotel Review The two staff members at the reception during check-in were very rude and unhelpful. They did not make any effort to find and provide the room we had booked. Instead, they kept speaking to each other in Vietnamese in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Although I could not understand what they were saying, their tone and attitude made it feel as though they were insulting or mocking us. The man who was working when we first arrived at the hotel on the first night was...

"Booked and paid for a 3 kind bed room for my family and I when staying in Hanoi. On arrival in the backstreet, we were informed that they were fully booked and we hadn’t paid (I have a receipt that says otherwise). Left with tired kids and no accomodation on a stinking hot day. Would not recommend. "
