"I had an early flight out of Gatwick and this hotel provided everything I needed. The location was great with east access to the terminal as well as the train station so I could venture into London for a stroll. The room was confortable, clean and spacious."

"Definitely for younger travellers. Getting in and out of the bed is difficult as you have to climb over the other person. The lighting in the room is terrible, and with the surrounding noise, the maximum volume on the tv is too low. The wet room is WET. Cannot take anything in there as it gets soaked. ..."

"Walls had holes in, electrical fittings broken, bulb in holder smashed off electrocution risk. Roof leaks, which had broken the fire/smoke detector.
