“최고의 해변을 끼고있는 것 하나만으로, 불만이 생기긴 어렵습니다. 비치 프론트 스위트에서 묵은 2박은 황홀하고 여유 가득한 시간이었습니다. 하지만 불만족스러운 점도 분명히 있습니다. 음식, 술의 가격이 달러와 짯으로 구분되어 있는 이유는 이해하기 어려웠으며, 달러로 표기된 값을 짯으로 지불할 때 환율은 가히 최악이었습니다. 그리고 가장 이해하기 어려웠던 부분은, 방에서 와이파이 사용이 불가능했다는 것입니다. 정말 어이가 없었습니다. 방에서 사용하지 못한다면 이 부분을 정확하게 공지해야 합니다. 보다 정확한 정보를 제공하기 바라며, 아름다운 해변을 안고 있는 이 리조트가 잘 되길 바랍니다.”

“Very nice guesthouse in one of the least touristy areas of Ngapali Beach. Rooms are not big and are not luxury but have everything you need: good furniture, comfy bed, fridge, kettle, tv with international channels. Wifi was slow. Walls have nice colors. Buffet breakfast is very nice with fresh juice and local delicacies. We loved sitting in the leafy garden. Beach is right on the other side of the road, 3 minutes walk. It’s a beautiful and very quiet stretch of beach with only a two big hotels...

“Beautiful hotel, right on the beach. This place has so many plus points that it should be getting a totally positive review. However, there are some areas that need addressing by Management, and I have posted a much more detailed review on Expedia. Based on its location and décor this hotel should be a top tier Ngapali Hotel. It is stunning and peaceful. Main issues are Reception staff; general poor English language skills. Lack of visible General Management with the only 'visible'...
