"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room and facilities were new and absolutely spotless, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready and eager to help with anything I needed. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of nice restaurants within a short 5‑minute walk. The staff were mega friendly and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. We have stayed there several times and it’s always a pleasure. The Crown is our go-to place when in Norfolk. "
