“I loved this hotel! Was not disappointed with anything. Its located right next to the beach you walk out and you're there. Rooms are clean lots of small touches that cater to guests. Full self service snack area, staff professional but very courteous and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment never need to drive anywhere unless you choose. This will be my go to hotel when I visit Surfside ⛱️ beach.”

“For the most part it was good, coffee condiments were lacking and the coffee maker was a fire hazard in that it would not turn off it had to be unplugged.”

“Great spacious a new looking room. Great ocean view, two bathrooms and fast elevators. Great pool area and restaurant and bar in house. Staff was great. Which the pool stay open until 11:00pm instead of 10:00pm”

“I requested a beach view, beach front room. The room they gave me was just that, however, the room was on the first floor and when we got to the room and opened the curtains the pool was directly in front of us with people at the pool looking into our room. I requested a different room but they refused to move me. So I really didn't have a view of the beach as we had to keep our curtains closed for privacy. The room was nice enough, but the location of it was not!”

“This was our second time here and we got a 2 bedroom suite with partial ocean view, and loved it, the only problem we have is that the housekeeping is available only of you stay 4 nights or more and with kids and beach and sand it does gets dirty”
