โGreat property, loved the amenities and the location. A couple of the front desk concierge staff were a little curt and rude. Didnโt give a friendly welcome, luckily, the property itself made up for that.โ
โThe room was clean and well maintained. On-site food options were limited, but plenty of near by restaurants. Breakfast buffet, very basic. The pool, lazy river and beach access is excellent. โ

โClose to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy .
At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time .
A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful.
Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple.

โWould stay again. Loved the condo. The only downside is the cordless vac was not working and there was no broom. Combined with a beach trip this made the cleanliness go away.โ
โI stayed at this resort (July 2025), and it was wonderful. I requested a top floor and the receptionist was able to accommodate me last minute. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are amazing they are recently updated and had a washer/dryer and provided all the necessary amenities such as detergent, broom, mop, vacuum to keep the room clean. The pool area has 4 seperate sections one kiddie pool, one with a pirate ship, one with a lazy river, and the third is a standard pool...
โThe office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave.
The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite...
โWe loved our stay at the strand! The pool was always clean, it was an easy walk to almost anywhere including the beach, and there was a bar on site that had food which was a plus! Also the complimentary breakfast was great! โ

The pools were nice and kept clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had some new options each time and the waffle maker was amazing! They kept the room nice and tidy while we were out. Definitely a lovely beach view for a partial view. Very happy with the stay we had here!โ
