"We are very disappointed that the closure of the indoor pool for renovations was not disclosed at the earliest time. Furthermore, when we requested compensation, our concerns seemed to be ignored."

"The room is pretty basic. Its right on the beach and on the boardwalk so the location is the best. The staff is very nice. I saw security on the property and police all around so i felt safe. "

"Room was ok. Bed was not comfortable. I’ve had prior surgery, my husband hasn’t on lower back and both were miserable on hard bed. Parking deck is across the street behind another restaurant. If you valet park it’s $30/day. Was disappointed in surrounding area as property next door is fenced and boarded up. Is a common issue if planning on walking around the area."

"South building could use some updates. It was kind of worn down and dirty. Housekeeping did not show up to change towels, etc."

"We really loved our rooms. They were very comfortable and clean with a nice view. We would have liked it a little more if there were a coffee shop or something in the building or next door so we wouldn't have to walk so far for a quick bite. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"Rooms were ok, hallways were not vacuumed. Pool was good. Outdoor pool was small for the size of the property. Self parking is located in a building across the road. "

"We really enjoyed our stay and the condo was good and the space was great. My only complaint was the refrigerator was a little dirty and there was a spot on the floor at the fridge that was dirty. We were only there for the weekend and only used the fridge for drinks so it was ok. The condo was a little dated but again, not a problem. The view was amazing! I would stay there again as everything else appeared clean etc. "

"The Breakers is great. Close to everything, walkable, clean, and friendly. So many options for pools you never feel like there isn’t room."
