The location was good. It was central to a lot of the Myrtle Beach attractions. The property was 50 yards from the beach. The pictures are deceiving. This property is an older one. It was ok for its age but could use an update. The proximity to the beach made it an ok pick for a short weekend trip. Good not great…3.5/5

Older place. There was no breakfast. Room needed to have baseboards, doors, light switches wiped down. Parking is tough for bigger vehicles. Location good, good view. Kitchen tiny. Weird light in bedroom coming from hall, needs larger/higher curtain. Lack of outlets. Sofa bed needs more padding.

Rooms were cleaned and pool area was cleaned as well. It was a very enjoyable place to stay and my family and I really enjoyed every moment of our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We loved our stay. Room was clean, beds were comfy. There was plenty of utensils. Key pad gave us no problems. The indoor pool was perfect and the beach is a very short walk away. Parking was tight but we made it work.

The condo balcony was 10 floors up on the north face of the bldg. This listed "beach view" was actually looking from a northeast angle up the beach and not directly at. Pros: The condo was a nice size for 5 travelers. The kitchenette served our needs. The AC worked very well. Cons: The coded front door was a challenge to open. The shower pressure an insult. Bring extra towels from home. They don't offer more unless you ask. Finally, PARKING Garage was nuts!! Only small cars/suvs when parking inside. The ramps are very narrow with black painted wall arrows alternating up and down lanes!! It was like driving through a maze without making any mistakes by scraping the walls. I actually had fun at it.

The property was nice. It had all the amenities we needed. The beach was easy to access. Check in was easy and convenient. The only negatives are trying to get out of the narrow garage without scratching your car and the bathroom desperately needs a fan because of the moisture accumulation. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay. I would love to stay again at this property.

7th floor room

Overall this place was amazing. Perfect for our family get away. The only issue we had was that the beds were not the most comfortable and they were not big. They were all doubles. We had a nice little kitchen and a fabulous view of the beach that was just across the street.
