"We loved our view (front of the building, 3rd floor). The hotel is very well situated for museums, shops, and restaurants. There is no refrigerator in the room so no place for leftovers to go. The "continental breakfast" consisted of hard boiled eggs and various breads/bagels, etc, each individually wrapped in plastic, and not much else. No toaster, no juice. The rooftop bar is closed on Mondays and if you get back to the hotel after 9, you must take the outside elevator, walk down an unlit pathway to a door into the floor, find the pad for the passkey in the dark, and enter the building that way. We requested the room be cleaned after our second morning there and, though the beds were made up, the trash wasn't emptied, water was not replaced, and we had to request more toilet paper."

"The staff would not acknowledge us when we arrived at the Hotel for check in, as she was writing her notes in her notebook. The first night of our stay, we found alive cockroaches in the bathroom and throughout our stay we had to deal with this issue. The elevator was licking and you could not help being rained on while in elevator. on their website, they claimed/stated that there was self-parking available, and breakfast and coffee was served which none was true. we had to keep feeding the parking meter every two hours. The staff were very unfriendly and rude."
