"I needed a last-minute stop over in Hood River. I booked the West Clif and arrived late. I was welcomed warmly by the front staff, I had my Service dog with me no problem. She provided detailed written instructions about where my room was located, where to park, where was the ice machine and what was the Internet access. All excellent. When I went into my room, it was absolutely immaculate and the lights were turned on, so it was welcoming. The bed was super comfortable. The only tiny issue I would recommend is offering two of the four pillows on the bed to be thinner. So that my neck wasn’t uncomfortable. But that was easily solved with me using a towel. Otherwise, everything is excellent."

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the jetted tub was more than big enough for two. Staff were all friendly. The outside was not the cleanest because of some of the clientele."
