PAID FOR THE STAY WITH A PACKAGE FROM EXPEDIA, WHEN I GOT THERE AND TRIED TO GET CHECKED IN THEY RECEIVED PAYMENT THAT I HAD PAID FROM EXPEDIA, SOME HOW THEY SENT IT BACK AND THE CREDIT CARD I HAD ON FILE THEY DECIDED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION TO BILL THE STAY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR, THEY MADE IT MY ISSUE, IT WAS NOT MY FAULT BUT ALL THEY WERE WORRIED ABOUT WAS GETTING PAID,EXPEDIA DID CONTACT SUPER 8 AND I WAS ABLE TO GET A REFUND ON MY CARD FROM EXPEDIA,( NOT FROM THE MOTEL), HALF THE TIME FOR BREAKFAST BECAUSE I WAS THERE A WEEK THEY ONLY PUT OUT HALF THE MENU ITEMS THEY NORMALLY WOULD HAVE EVERYDAY SUCH AS THE HARD EGGS,THE BREAD TASTED OLD, THE FRUIT LIKE APPLES AND ORANGES WERE OLD, THE APPLES WERE BROWN ON THE INSIDE AND THE ORANGES WERE BRUISED AND SOFT, A LOT OF TRASH WAS PILED OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR, THE HALLWAYS ALWAYS LOOKED CLUTTERED AND DIRTY, THE ELEVATOR HALF THE TIME WOULD WORK AND SOMETIMES WOULD DROP WHEN IT WOULD CAME TO A STOP,THE PEOPLE WHO CLEANED THE ROOMS WERE VERY NICE AND DID A GOOD JOB, I WOULD NEVER BOOK A ROOM WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN, I WAS SCARED THAT SOMETHING ELSE WOULD SHOW UP ON MY CREDIT CARD BY THE TIME I GOT HOME AS I ASKED FOR A RECEIPT BEFORE I LEFT AND WAS TOLD WE ONLY SEND THEM TO YOUR E-MAIL, AGAIN I WOULD NOT KNOW OF ANY ISSUES UNTIL I GOT HOME, NO ONE SHOULD FEEL THE WAY I DID.

This property doesn’t show pride of ownership. Very run down and the exterior could use some landscaping. The front desk looks like a cluttered mess. The room is very run down looking. Needs some major tlc.

Better not get stranded in this town and need help
The reason for the stay was my friend was literally stranded in this town for days because of the snow. This is a guy who is a marine veteran and has helped me and countless others numerous times in the past without any questions asked but yet all people can think about is getting their money so instead of him being kicked out on the street to freeze to death I got him a room. Heaven forbid it go over 1 minute without being paid for. I swear if you end up in this God forsaken town don’t have trouble unless you are loaded with money. People won’t bend a bit around there. If I hadn’t been around to get my friend a room he may not be alive. The lady at the desk was nice but couldn’t help, only said she had to cover her self. That makes me assume that the owner of this place makes sure that nobody helps anyone. My advice for everyone is pass it along, never know when you will be stuck in a similar situation and you better hope like hell you have someone who can pay for it. Gotta make sure everyone gets their money first and foremost before anything else in life. It’s a damn shame such a good hearted person and a veteran who served our country gets this kind of treatment from people in this town. Bypass this town if at all possible!

Cheap room to rent!!
The gap under door let a lot of light into room, drywall in bathroom is one BIG bubble by floor, refrigerator makes noise that’s in the room, breakfast didn’t have much of a choice in food?? had to wait for employees family to get they’re food never seen them put fruit out, but seen fruit in storage area, hard to sleep when I keep hearing a dog bark. Probably won’t stay there again.

There were maggots in the toilet. There was dirt and stains in the bed sheets. We did not feel safe in the hotel. I tried talking to the manager to get a refund and they would not talk with me. They kept saying they’ll call me back and then never called me back.

The desk clerk was professional and registered us quickly and efficiently, and was a pleasure to interact with. The carpet appears to have been cleaned today and was fairly wet. Not soggy, but wet enough to saturate our socks. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Creaky floors
At 4:30 am the people in the room above us came in. The floor creaked loadly every step they took. It woke me out of a deep sleep. They were active for some time. Not their fault but none the less a deterent to staying at this establishment.

This was a great stop for us going to the coast that we stayed again on our way back home! Needs updated carpet for sure but comfortable, clean, friendly staff is what you need for an overnight stay
