We always love staying here! Staff is really nice and we are thankful for the wash machines & dryer in the basement. Apartment is really good and staffed with everything you need - just one thing could have made it better, for 4 nights you don’t get a clean up. But with a small child and a dog it would have been nice if one had some cleaning supplies, some extra towels and a trash emptying.

The location was good, room was clean and decent size, but paying the asking price per night wasn't worth it. The TV wasn't working- no channels. A heads up be aware a deposit is required and it is only mentioned after you book your room.

The Executive suites have little in the way of cooking facilities. That was my mistake, I usually book a 1 bedroom apartment. The building is safe and quiet. It has free laundry facilities which are very useful. It has air-conditioning which again is useful. The beds are comfy, and the rooms are quiet at night. My only gripe is the dark brooding look of the rooms. Dark woods and a bit lacking in colour. I hope they upgrade them sometime. But this place is a positive place to stay, and everything is good. The TV is not a smart TV, so no casting from youtube. :D Overall I would recommend this hotel. It is in a great area of the Hague. Easy for the coast and the city.

Sehr gute Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen in der Stadt sowie auch der Strand von Scheveningenb gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr schöne Lage. Haltestelle der Straßenbahn maximal 5 Minuten entfernt. Appartement ist super aufgeteilt, nachts ist alles ruhig. Betten sind sehr bequem. Parkplätze an der Straße von 17 Uhr bis 9 Uhr kostenlos, danach sehr teuer. Küche könnte besser mit Utensilien ausgestattet sein. In der Dusche fehlte der Duschachlauch, nur eine Regendusche von oben. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel für eine Städtereise. Wir waren das zweite Mal da und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren schonmal in diesem Hotel und total begeistert, so dass wir es dieses Jahr wieder gebucht haben. Leider wurden wir enttäuscht, das tolle Frühstück wird nicht mehr angeboten, das Zimmer war schon sehr abgewohnt und die Abflüsse in der Dusche sowie Badewanne und Waschbecken waren verstopft. Das Hotel kommt für uns nicht mehr in Frage.

Het begon al dat ik de kamer binnen kwam en de schaamharen nog zag in de wasbak… ik bellen om te vragen of er schoongemaakt kon worden na heel wat gezucht aan de andere kant van de telefoon werd er dan iemand gestoord die het zo schoon maken…. Nadat het schoongemaakt zou zijn zie ik gewoon nogsteeds de zelfde haren zitten, zie ik dat de WC nogsteeds vies is en ohja bij het inchecken waren ze ook nog vergeten om überhaupt mijn kamerpas klaar te leggen dus moet ik via het noodnummer maar een reserve kamer toebedeeld krijgen.
