Perfect place to stay in Delft. Easy walk to the main square and good and shopping. . We loved the Hotel and the staff was friendly and nice. Great breakfast too. Book a ride to attractions with the front desk and hawk for Raymond too. Great driver.

Pretty basic and a bit tired, with an odd music theme in the whole hotel (including the rooms). Staff were really lovely and very responsive - especially the housekeeping staff who turned the double bed into the twin beds we had booked. It's fine for a bed for the night but just don't expect nice touches like comfy beds, conditioner, USB sockets or nice lighting. I'd also give the breakfast a miss. It's poor and there are much nicer options for the same price in the main square.

Cleaning issues but promptly resolved

The bathroom was dirty and smelling terribly when we arrived. However, the staff was very friendly and immediately changed us to another room and gave us a complimentary drink. So overall, from a service point of view it was great, but the rooms could benefit from an update and enhanced cleaning service.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Delft and the property is an easy walk from the beautiful pedestrianised town centre. There's also an easy bus to/from the station, which helped when we had our luggage with us. Our room was splendid and had a great view (Deluxe) and the staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good value and there were plenty of high-quality options. The hairdryer in the bathroom has an isolating switch on the part mounted to the wall, but it's hard to see as it's black on a black background. This caused some consternation and if it had been made more obvious it would have spared a discussion with the reception. A tiny note but if you've read this far, now you know! Would stay again without hesitation.

Close walk to the town center. Free overnight parking at the hotel. Day or night parking garage is only 1/2 block away. Breakfast was the best I've ever had. Beds were very comfortable.
