"There was no hot tub and the swimming pool was off limits "

"The hotel’s location was very convenient to the customer I was visiting. The staff were all amazing; friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for food and places to check out. I didn’t have a chance to eat at the hotel, but the bar and restaurant area looked very nice. What I appreciated most, though, was that the pillows were labeled “soft” and “firm.” Every other hotel I’ve stayed at recently only had soft pillows, so having options was a small but much-appreciated touch."

"The hotel is extremely dirty. From the moment you get out the car to entering the elevators you notice things could use a thorough cleaning. The hallway to get to my room looks as if it wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned in months. Stains all over, trash in parking lot etc. Room had a musky smell and bed slept terrible. Hotel and staff need a major upgrade. "

"Room was clean. Disappointed there was no breakfast. Was told there would be coffee in lobby but they ran out of coffee beans. Could have used some spoons in the "fully equipped "
