"If you enjoy surprise fees, broken AC, and breakfast that feels like a punishment, this hotel may be perfect for you. Despite the glowing reviews, our stay felt more like a sarcastic travel warning than a getaway. First came the surprise $14.95 parking fee that had to be paid online after arrival — because apparently checking in wasn’t enough work already. The AC barely worked, and the hot water took so long to heat up I had time to reconsider all my life decisions in the shower. To make things even better, there are no bathroom vent fans, so steam and unpleasant odors just linger like an unwanted guest. The hallways constantly smelled like someone was hosting a 24/7 weed festival behind closed doors, which paired beautifully with the trapped bathroom humidity. And the famous breakfast? The eggs had the consistency of ground beef, the maple sausage kielbasa chunks were awful, and there were no biscuits and gravy — but thankfully, there were grits. Ironically, the best part of the hotel was the workout room, which actually delivered: decent barbells, an incline bench, and an elliptical. Overall, if mystery fees and disappointment are your thing, you’ll love it here."

"The staff is attentive and friendly, the room is clean and modern. My room’s air conditioning unit was unfortunately very loud, however I told the staff at check out and they said they’d alert maintenance. I appreciated the noon checkout since my flight was mid afternoon. I would happily stay here again."
