"I was located exactly where I needed to be halfway between my trip restaurant and lounge were nice and the room was clean. Someone needs to fix the light in the bathroom. However, the one above the shower was acting like a strobe light. I think it would’ve given someone a stroke if they were prone to that kind of thing I would stay there again."

"Overall, our three night stay at the Ledges was excellent. My ONLY reason for giving it a 4 instead of 5 rating was the fact that the room itself was quite small, with no dresser for clothes, etc. However, the hotel itself with the restaurant and outdoor decks overlooking the waterfalls was very nice. Also the daily activities (wine tasting, s'mores, etc.) that were included with the other two sister properties (Silver Birches and Settlers Inn) made it a very enjoyable stay. Staff at all three properties were very friendly and helpful. And there are plenty of outdoor hiking and other activities in the area, such that our hotel room was really just for sleeping. If I could have rated it a 4.8 I would have. Recommend visiting Three Hammers Winery nearby."

"The property was clean but dated. The staff was helpful. The owners apparently live above the room we had and I heard footsteps above us in the early morning. It would have been really nice if there was coffee available in the room or in the office."
