“Everything is so nice”

“Our room was very small but it had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and it was very quiet at night. There were plates and cups along with the grudge and microwave. We didn’t use them but it was nice to know they were there. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was really close to Halloween so I enjoyed that they were able to have some form of fun while still maintaining the building and doing their jobs. Room was clean. They replaced the bedding and towels everyday. The garbages were removed as well. They respected your privacy and items. (I had left my suitcase on the bed the first day, so they didnt change the bedding. Completely my fault.) The furniture is updated. I am super nervous about glass tops...

“We make this our 'go to' place to stay when coming to Nanaimo.”

“As always, staying at The Spot in Nanaimo was a wonderful experience. The place was super clean and well-stocked, and the staff were as lovely as ever.”

“The staff were very friendly, and we really enjoyed using the pool.”

“The Painted Turtle was a good accommodation choice for my stay in Nanaimo. The location was convenient and the availability of cooking facilities was a plus.”

“There was no heat in the room on a chilly night! Also, the maid just walked in at 9 am. this morning - she should have knocked - fortunately I was still in bed!”

“편안하고 깨끗함, 주변 맛집과 굉장히 가깝고 이동성 편리!! 직원분 친절함! ”

“Beautiful view”

“I had a self-catered 3-night solo silent retreat at Bethlehem and am so glad I did. If you want to unplug and reconnect within and with whatever you understand as creation, this is a great place to do it. The facilities are simple but more than adequate, the property is beautiful with a labyrinth, library, pond feature and more, and Westwood Lake could not be more beautiful.”

“Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Bed were soft so I was worried but I slept really well. While it is dated, I have no complaints, everything was good. Breakfast was basic but hey free breakfast. If in Nanaimo again, will stay again. 😁”

“5 star will stay again”
