“Great room. Accommodated my dogs as well. The first room had a minor ant problem. We let the Front desk know and they immediately gave us a new room. They checked with us that the next room was good. The staff and service here are always friendly and quick to help. ”
“Overall , hotel accommodation is good and reach to south Vancouver easy. Near there are many restaurants even Korean restaurant ( woori Nara sik dang ) and you can enjoy early breakfast in near ( brogan’s diner ). Of course , there is shopping mall ( willow brook ) ”
“This is not a three or four star hotel. This is a MOTEL!! The bed is as so soft & comfortable it was so hard to crawl out at 5am!! This motel is not in the middle of surrey’s homeless area so it felt comfortable. The towels are not super soakers but this is a motel. Not every room has refrigerator. Wifi included and speed was more than adequate. This place deserves your attention if you’re traveling to surrey and don’t need the luxuries. ”
“People are so friendly, actually care about what you need, why your there, and who you are . So refreshing from the usual mindless anonimity of some hotels and staff. "Very noisy and uncomfortable. Window is not thick enough to prevent noise from flights. I don't understand what it was but weird noise (sounded like falling heavy objects) was there for several hours. Hallway is too long to the room."
"i stayed in a room for single person + shared bath. i would say it was a perfect choice for me who had to work for a few days in the room and travel Vancouver downtown for another few days. when i travel alone, i always want to stay in a cozy, clean, small-sized room for a single traveler, but they are mostly too spacious for me. i was so happy to find this place, the affordable and clean room with a single bed! those who are hesitant with a shared bathroom and shower, i think you don’t really need to worry about. it was close, mostly empty when i tried to use, very clean, and spacious (totally different from a shared bath in hostels) — i didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. plus, the room has a washstand and fridge, and is bright with sunlight and not too small. all staff are so sweet and super friendly! (i really thank all of them) highly recommend :)"
