"rooms in need of major renovations"

"The check-in process was terrible check-in time was 4 we got a room assignment at 5. So many people waiting for rooms even after 5. It is definitely showing its age needs to be renovated or at least change out the dirty carpets. The nicest staff were at the bar in the lobby and the dining area. It is however nice that you can walk to city walk. "

"The price (other than parking) was very reasonable, and it was close to Disney Springs! Overall, the condo was great. We loved the balcony, kitchen, and how clean everything was. The size/crowdiness of the property, however, was undesirable for us. Parking was also very expensive. The road construction going on also made things very chaotic. Due to so many options in this area for similar prices, I probably would not choose this location again. "

I also thought the $50/day resort fee is excessive and not warranted especially when some of the services weren't offered. They also closed many bar areas too early in the evening. "
