"I am extremely disappointed with my stay. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect what was advertised online. Several amenities were either unavailable or not functioning properly, including the ice machines. The air conditioning in my room was only blowing lukewarm air, making the room very uncomfortable, especially during hot weather.
In addition, I found the staff to be unprofessional and unaccommodating during my stay. The parking fees were unexpectedly expensive, and the pull-up/entrance area appeared dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I expected a much higher level of cleanliness, service, and comfort."
