"Our stay at JA Ocean View Hotel was absolutely fantastic. We travelled as a family of four—2 adults and 2 small children—and from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Although we experienced a very minor issue with our original room, the hotel handled it brilliantly and upgraded us to an amazing suite. This was such a thoughtful gesture and truly exceeded our expectations. The suite was spacious, beautifully presented, spotless, and offered breathtaking ocean views. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our stay in comfort. A special mention must go to Aseef from the restaurant staff, who went above and beyond to cater to our every request. His attentiveness, kindness, and dedication to ensuring our family had the best experience made a real difference to our stay. He is a true asset to the hotel. The same goes for all other members of staff we interacted with. Especially James, Hutu, Renuka and Thea. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend JA Ocean View Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality, luxury, and exceptional family-friendly service."

"We had a great stay with great service! It started with Hashen who delivered our bags. He was so friendly and helpful. He knew our name each time he saw us. Loreen was so kind and helpful during check-in. Our stay was relaxing and the daily breakfast was great. Our stay also included a lovely floating breakfast. Everything was wonderful during our weekend. "

"They didn’t explain to us that the snacks in room will be charged to us and they replaced it each day. I ending up with 120 dollars bill in snacks I thought were complimentary "

"This is our third year staying at this property. We loved staying here due to the proximity to the Dubai Marina, the mall, the beach and the many restaurants options around the area. The restaurant is Okay, a bit pricey in my opinion but there are so many options in the area. Due to the situation, the hotel doesn’t have many guests at the moment and the breakfast menu is limited, not as usual but is a good option if you want eat before starting your day. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, in the reception, restaurant and every where at the hotel. One personal recommendation is to slow down a bit with the room smell in the entrance and lobby area it can be very uncomfortable at times and even cause skin and eyes irritation on some people if you stay a little long in the this area. We love Rove Dubai Maria and will definitely come back another time. Thanks for the good memories! "

"The staff were polite and respectful. The overall cleanliness was disappointing and felt quite superficial. While the beds appeared to be made and likely had fresh sheets, the rest of the room did not seem properly cleaned. The bathroom in particular needed much more attention — items were simply topped up rather than the area being thoroughly cleaned, and the tray holding toiletries was visibly dirty. The balcony was unusable, with a cockroach present and bird droppings on the chairs, which made it unpleasant to sit outside. Inside, the kitchen table and surrounding area had not been cleaned, and the floors did not appear to have been hoovered or mopped. Overall, the cleaning felt rushed and incomplete rather than thorough."
