Green stay close to Periyar

The best part is the friendly and professional staff members. Also the property is gorgeous! We had our own bungalow and loved the privacy. Pool is big and lots of greenery on prem. Lovely stay! Also walking distance from bus depot to go into Periyar National Forest.

The room was spacious, the spread of breakfast was good, hygienic, toilet needs to be upgraded probably more , for elders it would be sightly a hassle due to the terrain it self. My mother, mum in law ,wifey and daughter enjoyed the massage experience. Overall the place was comfy to stay. Will come back again in the future if there is a chance.

What this place advertises is exactly what you get! Beautiful view and extremely peace. Walking distance from park, city shops, and spa. A lot of stairs which allows for views from all the rooms. The nature helps sing you to sleep. Travelled during COVID so it does have limited services right now, however you can get the accommodations in the city around the corner.

Great 3 star hotel with amazing staff

If you are short on time, my 1 line summary - "Good 3 Star Hotel, very disappointing 4 star hotel; staff courtesy & service are their only redemption" The mattresses were horrible, we were a family of 6 and stayed at the property 3 nights. All of us suffered from back pain. Due to our travel dates (christmas), we ended up paying ~1.5 x - 2 x what the normal rates are. This left a sour taste as for its usual rates, the property and its amenities are great, but it is a let down for the rates we paid. They had a good spread for the lunch & dinner buffets, they could do well with the addition of a few more local fruit and food varieties for breakfast. The staff is very accommodating and cordial, kudos to them for making our stay better with their kind words.
