The staff was amazingly helpful, my friends missed their bus and property manager put them in a nice big room for free. "The beach staff can be a little overbearing - the beach staff (while good security) are watching every step you take… headed to the ocean, making sure you don’t move a towel that has been sitting on a chair for 3 hours - ha! The concierge staff is really good though… kind and caring. Desk staff can be blunt and got us a bad taxi ride to the airport"
