The manager Tsering Chondol is amazing, I would thoroughly recommend asking her to organize a full itinerary, she was so helpful and she really took time and care to help us plan our trip around Leh, so it would fit our needs. "Stayed there for 3 nights in July'21. Good hotel. We got a very spacious room, which was very nice. The hotel staff and service was good. Food options at hotel were limited, but reasonably good. Only wish - better hot water supply in the bathroom, and better quality bathroom furnishings would have made it an excellent stay. Overall, a nice hotel run by non-professionals who try to make your stay very comfortable"

"A great experience throughout. We stayed in the family room at this hotel during our entire time in Leh. The room consists of 2 bedrooms, and provides all the amenities that one could need. It's got bay windows with a good seating accomodation. The beds and bathroom are hygienic and maintained well. The hotel has a fantastic garden with beautiful flowers and landscaping which make it a joy to sit outdoors. It is also located conveniently within a 8 min walk to the main Leh Market. We had breakfast on all days of our stay. They had a wide spread and it all tasted delicious. Importantly, the staff are very responsive, helpful and always engaging you with a smile. Overall, a very pleasant experience which elevates the memory of a wonderful trip to Ladakh."
