"No towels in the room when we arrived. Rooms are loud and you can hear everything from people next door, upstairs or in the hall. The street traffic was weirdly load too (7th floor). Breakfast wasn't bad and the beds were good."

"Not the worst I've stayed in. However, also not the worst by a mile. They are going through renovations which explains the haphazard appearance. Close to locations downtown including the hospital. GREAT continental breakfast. I did see other guests giving the staff trouble but if I'm being honest, the guests were rude to them. Pleasent, quiet and off main roads while being accessible. A grade."

"The first room I was assigned wasn’t clean, as in it just got overlooked by housekeeping. Nothing offensive or gross. Front desk reassigned me quickly and apologized. Mistakes are unavoidable, we are human; great staff response and great stay otherwise."

"The home gleamed! It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. The mattresses were very comfortable. It’s a great location. Best of all, the host was outstanding and even texted me upon arrival to see if he could help in any way. I highly recommend this home! "
