"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a menu in the room with a 4 digit phone number to call. BUT IT NO LONGER IS AVAILABLE TO The breakfast you could order and delivered to the room was not worth the outrageous price plus they forgot items and it was cold. We purchased an update that gave us a better view of the falls but was not worth the cost. The building is showing its age and as a result shows it."

"We had an absolutely fantastic first-time stay at Great Wolf Lodge! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone, from the front desk to the lifeguards, was incredibly friendly and helpful. My kids had an amazing time as it was their first stay too—they couldn’t get enough of the water park and all the fun activities. Plus, the food was incredible—so many delicious options. We truly had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back!"

"Stayed here primarily for the location, and that is definitely the hotel’s biggest strength. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the property is within walking distance of Niagara Falls attractions, restaurants, Clifton Hill, and other tourist spots. Being able to leave the car parked and explore on foot was very convenient. Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay fell short of expectations. The staff often seemed inattentive, and service requests were not consistently followed through. Housekeeping was only available upon request, but even after requesting service, no one came to the room. Towels were limited, and getting additional supplies was inconvenient. The hotel also charges both a parking fee and a resort fee, which felt excessive considering the amenities offered. The property doesn’t really provide a resort-like experience. The gym is extremely small, the pool is tiny, there are no coffee-making amenities in the room, and there is only one microwave available for guests, located in the lobby. Overall, the rooms and location are the highlights, but the amenities and service need improvement to justify the additional fees."
