Grace, the club manager and concierge, was spectacularly helpful in making arrangements for subsequent travel to Central Java and Sulawesi, including g arranging for bank transfer deposits when this was necessary. Strongly recommend the location and the staff"

"The breakfast was great, and the staff, particularly Miss Asti, were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff could use some additional training. On occasion, they would forget to restock the toilet paper, forcing us to request some from the reception desk. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was also convenient."
