"Wonderful staff and in a great location! We were able to walk everywhere from our hotel. Plenty of space in our room and they allowed us to leave our bags after checking out till we were ready to head towards the water ferry. Would stay there again!"

"There are stairs and there are stairs. These are stairs! We counted 100 from the room to the road and they are natural steps and uneven. On the other side of the scale is the caldera view that takes your breath away. The hotel has a nice swimming pool (not heated) and a place to get a good breakfast. We would have wished for more amenities given the price but alas. The location is in This Stefani, a 15 min walk from This proper. There is a small stretch with restaurants and shops. Bus connections are not great. Best to walk down to the bus terminal in Thia and go from there. The hotel staff was just lovely and very helpful."
