"Simply beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location. All of the staff go above and beyond...the breakfast selection was amazing....can't wait to go back there next year...loved my beautiful comfortable room and the views from my balcony were to die for...loved every moment of my stay there!"

"The hotel was beautiful and historic. The walk up the hill with luggage was doable, but for those needing assistance, you can pay for a ride up. Being up on the hill made for a beautiful view. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Being an older hotel, there were minor issues, but that was part of the charm. Our rooms were on the top floor and there was no air conditioning so a bit uncomfortable sleeping. They did have fans in the room which was nice. The kids slept in a loft and they thought that was fun. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again."

"J'ai adoré l'emplacement, près de tout au centre-ville et surtout a 6 minutes de la gare Interlaken West et 16 minutes de Interlaken Ost. Un super bel hôtel, un bon restaurant et une terrasse magnifique. Une passe de train pour la région Interlaken est offerte grâce. Petit bémol pour le ménage à la chambre : poubelle pas changé chaque jour, peu de papier hygiénique, et absence de café à la chambre certains matins, mais j'y retournerais sans hésiter"

"We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Schweizerhof Bern for our honeymoon trip. The staff were amazing and so very helpful, and even provided some special extras for our honeymoon, which really made us feel special. If we return to Bern, we will be absolutely staying again. Amazing hotel."

"The hotel is well located - bus service very convenient and close to downtown. Beautiful park with excellent view of the city and very good restaurant. Room was large, A/C works fine."
