"Tänk på att innan ni bokar. så ligger hotellet mitt i ingenstans hyr man inte en moped så sitter man fast där. när receptionen är stängd kan inte”portvakten” hjälpa till med att beställa en taxi. She wasn't there on the day we arrived, and on check-in we found her offsider rude and sulky, not even a smile.
