We accidentally left a game console behind after checking out, and the staff went above and beyond to locate it and arrange to have it safely sent to us in another city. Excellent hotel and host

"Excellent hotel. Family run. Lovely family. Looked after the guests. Cooked dinner for us too. Were there when even we asked for anything, help, food, directions. Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels)."

"Hung Nguyen was a great host and the property is very nice and well-known. The Staff is friendly and helpful and the food prepared on-site is good. Room was nice, clean, and the bathroom was also very good. I plan on visiting again and I will make it a point to stay at Karst Villas."
