“all of facility is excellent.Room was big, bathroom also was very clean. But when you get into the residence, you need to check your email(password for enterance and key). I had a trouble to get into the residence. There was no one in the building so if you got any problem, you should use your phone to speak with someone( i paid international pay for calls).Except this issue, all the facility was really nice and new.”

“I had incorrectly booked the wrong dates foe my stay at this property which was a non refunderable booking with no option to alter or cancel. I contacted Hotels.com whpbafter speaking with the owners arranged my booking to be moved to the actual dates i required free of charge. The owners were under no obligation to do this but still allowed it without chargine me. I am very greatful for this as it was my error in the first place. “Flat was very clean and well-maintained and hosts were very friendly, communicative, and very eager to help if I needed any. Flat was also very centrally located to grocery and dining options as well as feeling very safe and being nice and quiet in the evening. Look forward to staying here again in the future!”

“All-round great experience would definitely do it again in the near future, excellent service definitely would recommend.”

“Great service from the time we arrived until we left. Quiet with a good comfortable bed. Great facilities to be able to prepare an occasional meal but also close enough to walk to the pub for a meal. The location was great to use as a base for day trips to Windsor and Bath for us. We would thoroughly recommend this property, especially for multiple nights. ”
