Great stay at Plus Fariones Apartamentos My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Plus Fariones Apartamentos. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made a great impression. The whole complex was very clean and tidy, including the grounds and pool area, which were kept to a very high standard. The location is excellent too, making it easy to get out and about and enjoy the surrounding area. Our room was cleaned to a very good standard every day, with the housekeeping staff doing a great job. If I had to mention any negatives, the rooms could do with updating and the addition of air conditioning, particularly during the warmer months. However, these points didn’t stop us from having a very enjoyable stay. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would happily consider staying at Plus Fariones Apartamentos again. A special mention to all the staff, who were consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

Ideal location for what we wanted. Breakfast buffet included was lovely. Rooms nice and clean and towels provided for the pool area were a bonus as many places in pdc dont provide this.

Firstly this is a lovely hotel which is very centrally located. The rooms were cleaned every day by the amazing hard working cleaning staff, honestly nothing was too much trouble for them. Also the night staff in the bar were cheerful and happy to serve you. But that's where it stops, the cooked breakfast left a lot to be desired, and as for the breakfast staff, two in particular who were the most unpleasant I've ever come across on all my travels. They gave the impression they didn't want to be there. Also our room had no air conditioning! Just 1 fan in the bedroom which was no way near sufficient for the heat in the apartment. And finally they say there's a strict policy on booking the sunbeds, towels were on the beds from 7.30 most mornings and still on them by 9.30 with no punishment, luckily the beach was a short distance away and we spent most of our days there as we couldn't get space in the complex. I don't want to paint a bad picture, but we stayed here before and I couldn't find one fault with the place.

Our apartment was immaculate. Slightly dated but very clean. Plenty of sun loungers and the pool area was lovely. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The bar area was very comfortable and plenty of seats in the shade.

Our 3rd stay here and it never disappoints. Clean throughout. Friendly staff. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds. I especially like that the pool lifeguard removes towels from sunbeds if no one uses them for over 1 hour. Breakfast is good. Plenty of choice. 5 minute walk to the beach. 200 metres from nearest bus stop.

The cleanliness around the apartments, the pool, the bar and the restaurant was fantastic. The staff in all area's were friendly and polite, especially the bar. There was a great choice of food for breakfast in the morning, catering for all tastes and the apartments are well situated in a good place for walking into the old town or walking down to strip for the shops, bars and restaurants. Would we go back to Plus Fariones Apartments, most definitely...

Nice hotel but we paid for a room with air con which did little more than just make noise rather than cool the apartment. Wifi didn't work and room was below hot tub so huge noise during the day. Could hear music at night also

Great location and ticks a lot of boxes

This is a really solid place to stay in Puerto Del Carmen. It has a decent bar/restaurant that serves a good breakfast which was included in the price of the hotel. It has a nice pool area and a great sun deck area with a jacuzzi. It’s located just off the main strip so it’s very close to everything without having to deal with big hills, yet it doesn’t get any of the noise from being so close. The staff were also very friendly and cleaners came by daily. My only issues were that the air conditioning in the rooms does not work (it was the same in all three rooms my family were in) which was disappointing because you expect to get AC when it’s advertised. They did provide a fan which made sleeping more comfortable but it’s worth noting if that’s a dealbreaker for you. Also while the rooms themselves are comfortable and provide you with everything you need for a vacation, they are a little tired and could do with an update.

Fantastic location. The staff were so nice. Especially the lifeguard on duty. She was fantastic with families. Not enough sunbeds which is a pity. The wifi wasnt consistent and i kept loosing it from my phone when in my apartment
