Apartments from hell

Our plane was delayed and we arrived at 10pm at the hotel. There was no night reception and we would have ended up sleeping on the street if a couple of guests would have not offered us to camp in their living room. The morning after we got our bungalow...the stench of stale smoke was unbearable and lasted until the chain smoking next door neighbours left. The bungalow was run down and dirty and the shower dangerous. There was very loud radio constantly blaring around the pool area. Thank God we moved to Playa Blanca for our second week on Lanzarote.

Bon séjour et personnel accueillant

Séjour d'une semaine en famille. Résidence bien placée dans Puerto Del Carmen. Facilité pour se garer à proximité. Piscine sympa mais pas chauffée. Appartement fonctionnel avec une grande terrasse. Le four est un plus. Il manque quelques accessoires (bols, carafe d'eau, plat pour le four).

Mijn voorkeur van balkon op Zuiden vooraf bekend gemaakt, daaraan is prima voldaan. Verder bijna dagelijkse schoonmaak. Paar minuten lopen naar de boulevard. Prima verblijf gehad

Good stay for good price

Nice stay.great location for puerto del Carmen to reach the beach by walk in 10 mins. Apartment is quite modern and comfortable.it has all the necessary furniture and tools to cook. Nice pool area and small bar. Federica,at the reception was absolutely amazing and really helpful whenever we needed. Only small thing to improve in my opinion is the room cleaning: the apartment is clean and acceptable,but in my opinion,if this can be improved even more,it would be perfect.

Apartamento sencillo y acogedor

El apartamento es sencillo pero acogedor, tienes todo lo que necesitas para pasar una vacaciones. El complejo tiene sus años pero los apartamentos están reformados. La limpieza solo se hace de lunes a viernes. Las zonas comunes son en general mas bien pequeñas, tienen piscinas y un snack bar con un amplio horario.

Pool view apt

Stayed here 1st wk of sept with my fiance.The apt was on ground floor and had a pool view. U get what u pay for really. Cleaners came every day except wkends. Shower tray not very clean full of hairs. No air con very warm at nite couldn't open windows due to security so no air very uncomfortable. An apt on upper floor would have been copler. Pool bar not very clean either. Apt short walk to main strip lovely restaurant and bars. Unfortunately we wouldn't choose these apt again.

Tranquilo y sencillo

Nos gusto bastante, hay que andar un poco hasta el paseo maritimo pero no esta nada mal, calidad precio bastante bien, personal educado y amable, recepcion muy encantadora, te imdican donde puedes ir y te aconsejan bastante. Experiencia positiva.

vacaciones

Está un poco apartado de las zonas d interés por lo que compensa coger yn coche de alquiler, que por cierto sale barato, esta cerca del paseo de puerto carmen por lo que puedes ir andando. la limpieza es muy buena, el agua sale con poca presión pero porque alli el agua es muy importante no gastarla. La atencion es muy buena la gente es muy amable.

Apartamentos con buena calidad-precio.

Hemos estado cómodos. Los apartamentos se limpian 5 veces a la semana, los limpiaban bien. Se puede recomendar.

A bit mixed

Los Tulipanes was a nice clean spot but it was a good walk to get anywhere especially if you have trouble walking. Isa at the bar cafe was great and looked after us while we were there. Spoiled it a bit when 2 apartments were broken into during our stay as it is quite a way out of the town. Overall I think that someone should be employed as over night security and that would make you a little more relaxed about staying here.

Los Tulipanes

These apartments are located in the new town and are about 5 mins walk to the strip. The area surrounding the apartments is nice and quiet and very very safe. The apartments are very clean and are cleaned 5 out of the 7 days. The only fault that I would have with these apartments is that the air conditioning wasn't working in many of the apartments. Would defo recommand these and will defo be back when I in Lanzarote again :)

Heilt enkelt og kurnt hotell. Fint utgangspunkt!

Sjølv om hotellet låg like ved ein rundkøyring, var eg ikkje plaga med trafikkstøy. Kort veg til stor spar-butikk og 5min å gå til Rancho Texas. Bussholdeplass til Arricife like rundt hjørnet også.
