Just fantastic!

Splendid location. Beautiful property. Fantastic beach and the pool up by the hotel is really nice, with a swim ip bar. Breakfast was top notch. Food at the restaurant and down at the beach shack was excellent. Staff couldn't have been better.

Café da manhã bom de qualidade. Funcionários educados e atenciosos. O quarto é confortável, com vista para o jardim e mar ao fundo. O hotel é super bem cuidado, imerso numa natureza privilegada. A vista é espetacular! Os quartos amplos. A comida do restaurante e bar da piscina é super bem feita e saborosa! Funcionários empenhados, solícitos e simpáticos. Hotel bonito, bar da praia da mesma forma. Quarto igualmente belo, reformado.Todavia, tive PÉSSIMA experiência com o cômodo. Paguei por um tipo com " jacuzzi" , mas devido a baixa vazão de água não enchia. De diversas formas procurei solução, entretanto não resolveram. Falta gestão, ordem, RESOLUTIVIDADE. Portanto, para mim, abaixo da média. Há hotéis em Pipa que remetem a uma melhor vivência. Em suma: NÃO voltarei.

Que vista linda e um hotel bom.

O hotel é bem legal. No meio da natureza e localizado em uma praia maravilhosa. Creio que possa melhorar a questão dos pernilongos nos quartos com veneno ou um véu na cama. O restaurante é uma delícia. O café da manhã médio. Uma coisa muito “chata” chamou a atenção. Pedimos um pastel de carne para as crianças. Eram 6 pastéis. As duas crianças morderam ao mesmo tempo o pastel e veio de queijo. Colocaram o pastel na bandeja e pedimos para trocar. O garçom levou os pastéis que vieram errado e trouxe de carne. Entretanto vieram só 4. Ou seja. Pelo jeito consideram que as crianças morderam Dois então só mandaram 4. Uma situação bem chata e indelicada do hotel. Mas o hotel é bem Legal. Piscina gostosa. Uma vista linda. Vale a pena

O local é paradisíaco. A escada de acesso direito à praia do Madeiro é muito conveniente, apesar de íngreme. O bar da praia atende bem. A van disponível para levar os hóspedes à vila, à noite, tem preço justo e é muito adequada. A área do restaurante é belíssima. A área da piscina é deslumbrante. Os únicos pontos negativos: os itens de café da manhã não são suficientemente reabastecidos, ainda que dentro do horário indicado pelo hotel como disponível. E os apartamentos master (onde ficamos) estão à mercê de atualização e reforma, pois têm decoração antiquada e a chave que viabiliza a eletricidade costuma dar mau contato.
