“A great location in Tiburon. Walking distance to Sam's which has an incredible view of the city. The room was clean and spacious with two queen beds. Staff is very friendly - check in was a breeze.”

“We had the standard room which didn't have a full view of the Marina, but we had a partial view that was still very nice. Rooms and lobby area were cozy, clean and well maintained. Appreciated that there was microwave, small fridge and coffee station; also a laundry room. Additionally we really appreciated the free parking! Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed staying at this little hotel. Only complaint would be on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed and they ran out of washcloths.”

“HEALTH HAZARD—NOT SAFE!!! Do not stay here. This was the most disgusting and ghetto hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. It literally made Motel 6 seem like the Taj Mahal. There was blood on the walls and the lampshade, the walls were black, the pillows were dirty and grimy, there was old, dirty mattresses outside the window, the door was kicked in and the would not lock. The glass in the front of the office was broken, the elevators had blood on it, and the carpet was absolutely disgusting....

“Not suitable for disabled people; sidewalk broke up not safe for a disabled persons. Hotel and rooms not ADA compliant. Toilet too low if you are disabled but great if you were a child, clogged most time. It stated house-keeping every day, not true at all. Continental Breakfast, not continental at all. They had coffee, ok flavor, milk, cereal, toast. No trays to carry anything to your table, no fresh fruit or eggs. Shower has no place to put shampoo or soap if bending to the floor was not...
