We had a small problem at check in with the room but the gentleman on reception was really great and we changed room. His professional manner and advice regarding the room was very good. We had a good stay and would happily stay again. Loved having a balcony to look out over the lake. Stunning.

Overall a great stay
Sure some of the room decor needs updating. But great location, very comfortable and quiet. Reception and breakfast staff were great.

Across the street from the promenade and lake which is great . Had to take taxi from/ to main train station which was very expensive . Our room booking said “ partial view “ but that was only if you turned head 90 degrees standing on tiny balcony , we mostly just saw another building .

Das Hotel ist einzigartig schön. Wir waren zum Glück auch im 5.Stock und hatten einen herrlichen Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Der Service war großartig. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gesund mit viel frischen Obst.

This was a good hotel in a built up area, right across the road from the lake. We booked a room on the side of the hotel with a partial view of the lake and after initially giving us the wrong room, they corrected it immediately. Our room was comfortable and quiet (with the windows closed) and had a small balcony where we sat and enjoyed a view of part of the lake. The bathroom was a standard hotel bathroom. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, not awesome, but there was a lot of choice and the coffee was excellent. The hotel was within comfortable walking distance of Lugano center and just 10 minutes from the funicular that goes to the top of San Salvatore (well worth it!), so thumbs up on location. In my view it was expensive for what it was. Our other hotels in Switzerland were all less expensive. But perhaps being on the lake in Lugano in August is just at a premium.

Auf dem zimmer keine Früchte ,Kaffemaschine fehlt, Wasser muss man bezahlen Garagenplatz muss man bezahlen und ist Kompliziert muss jedesmal warten bis jemand Zeit hat. An der Rezeption muss man alles Fragen die aufmerksamkeit gegenüber dem Gast fehlt.

Everything about staying here was a treat. A comfortable walk along the lake to restaurants and shops. Staff was exceptional and facilities clean and modern.

Zimmer war hell und ordentlich, alles dem Standard entsprechend. Aber bitte nicht duschen!!! Das Wasser kommt abrupt sehr heiß und es besteht die Gefahr von Verbrühungen. Das Restaurant sollte man meiden. Viel Tamtam mit unverschämten Preisen (selbst für die Schweiz völlig überzogen). Die Qualität ist mager bis schlecht. Nicht zu empfehlen. In der Bar werden zwar Cocktails angeboten, aber mit dem Hinweis, das nur Flaschengetränke erhältlich sind. Ok, kann man sich auch irgendwie sparen. Zumindest ist das Personal sehr nett, leider ohne Handlungskonsequenz. Schade für das Hotel in absolut bester Lage direkt am See.

Gott sei Dank wurde gliech am selben Tag geregelt.Wie zu Hause können auch hier vorkommen, dass technische Ausfälle auftreten.Eher bedauern wir, dass unsere Küche, die immer sehr geschätzt wird, nicht entsprechend gewürdigt wurde.Vielen Dank für Ihren positiven Kommentar zu unseren Mitarbeitern, die sich stets bemühen, ihr Bestes zu geben. Wenn es eine Beschwerde vor Ort gibt, versuchen wir immer, eine Lösung zu finden. Paradise in Paradiso
Had the best stay. Location is perfect, views were incredible, service was great, breakfast was delicious and the room was excellent. Great value, highly recommend.

Great property right in front of lake Lugano, in perfect condition. My room was large (strange for Europe, though easier to find in Switzerland), had lots of light and excellent views. The hotel is 10 minutes walking from the centre, and the area (Paradiso) is very nice as well. Breakfast was good though not exhuberant, which was fine with me and my family. Bathroom was luminous and spacious. Mattresses could be a bit better, but overall the experience was excellent.

Very good breakfast, good coffee, nice staff. Our room for two was spacious, but curiously no wardrobe, while the room for one had a pretty decent one. Small tv and a bit outdated (e.g. not smart, with USB, but I couldn't get it working), but a good number of channels covering many languages.

Personal sehr freundlich. Hotelambiente 80er Jahre und wenig Ambiente. Frühstück na ja. Zimmerboden kalt, trotz Reklamation änderte sich nichts. Badzimmer warm. 4 Sterne finden wir etwas hochgegriffen.
