“The facilities were nice but the problem is there is not a local person if an issue arise. We had two separate issues with the fire alarm overnight the first took an hour and 25 minutes for the fire department to respond and resolve. Only for the smoke alarms to back off two hours later. Come to find out out that they have had issues with the system for weeks. I understand things happen but no one locally to help and twice in one night is ridiculous”

“First time staying in a floating cottage. It was a wonderful experience. Sitting on the porch watching the water and the beautiful Chincoteague sunsets was awesome. The location is great as it is near the end of Main Street so it was very quiet. The unit was clean and well stocked.”
