"If you're visiting from far away like the United States or on a special trip, I'd recommend staying at the Blue Apple Beach Club instead. You don't want to cheap on the little stuff on a vacation. The room was advertisied as having Wifi, and it did not have Wifi or cell signal. Youll have to walk by the pool area to make calls. "The staff was super kind and helpful, they have a transfer service from and to the city by boat between 10am and 5pm. The cabin I chose had AC and the bar has quite a nice menu for food and drinks. Basic amenities but just fine, the guys will help you in whatever way they can and you won't be pestered so much by vendors. On the other hand, they should think about installing some catch-fly lights cause insects can be really annoying, especially when eating."

"recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Cartagena and had a fantastic experience overall. The pool area was absolutely amazing—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing in the sun. It really became one of the highlights of my trip! The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. While the beach directly at the hotel wasn't the best, it's worth noting that there are plenty of beautiful beaches nearby that are easy to get to and definitely worth the visit. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Cartagena for its excellent hospitality, incredible pool, and great location. Looking forward to coming back!"

"I had a nice room with beach view. My room had a balcony. The view was magnificent. I always stay here when I’m in Cartagena so obviously I live this place. I have friends at the beach that take care of me so I always feel safe and welcome. Also, unfortunately I was not feeling well and they prepared special meals for me. They pampered me and took care of me. Thank you Dann Cartagena. Love you always."
