“We stayed in room 113. There was candy on the floor, hairs in the bathroom, a lamp that didn’t work, holes in the wall and another in the bathroom door. The floor boards were loose and moved when you walked. The duvet was torn and covered with a flat sheet. The room smelled of cigars despite the property being nonsmoking. We only stayed one night thank goodness. The water was hot, and the bed comfortable. We chose it based on location. There was no pride in ownership displayed. Weeds were...

Upon arrival the bathroom floor hadn’t been detailed. You could see small pieces of debris. The following day after cleaning it was left exactly the same.
Upon arrival the bathroom trash bin had the liner bag laying on the side waiting to be inserted. Then the following day the garbage in the same bin was not emptied.
Lastly the pillows on the made bed upon arrival had been placed without...

“The check in process took way to long and the front desk was quite unfriendly. The room was gross. I first noticed the middle lock on the door did not work. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. The ceiling was patched up and gross. There was mold all along the bottom of the bathtub and we had bugs(roaches) that were there. Just such a horrible experience. I would not recommend and really would like a refund from this property.”

“The woman who checked us in was competent and friendly. Parking was available right in front of our room. Everything was functional when we moved in.
However the remote control for the tv did not work the next day.”
