“Although we only had one night, it was New Year's Eve. The fireworks and party were just outside the hotel, but it was still nice and quiet in the room. Great location for everything walkable, including a great walking path on top of the old city wall. Great food options close any time of day.”

Room is basic for 2 people with on-suite bathroom (not all tooms have this but do have private hall baths.) Cute newly done bathroom, and continental breakfast included. Located less than 5 minute walk to one of Lucca's portas. Very convenient! And host is very friendly!!!! ”

“What a charming place. I just loved it! It is a dream! Lots of green areas, parking is a plus, the place is ancient, but is very well kept! The outside is so charming. The room was like... going back in time! So charming! The room had air conditioning, and the bathroom is great, quite new. Staff is extremely friendly. We had dinner there one night and food is fantastic. Their Chianti wine is so good! And the best was when I was leaving and Signore Antonio spend some precious minutes chatting...

“The Room was perfect, Location is a short 5 minute walk to the train station. A stocked and very clean Kitchen was great, Deborah the owner is very nice, she takes great pride in making her property beautiful. Full disclosure there is a bar on the first floor so you hear people talking till late in the evening. If that doesn’t bother you the property is perfect. We would stay again.”

“B&B (pas le grand luxe, mais propre, commode, agréable (on n'en demande pas plus!) bien situé à proximité de l'enceinte de la vieille ville avec possibilité de se garer. On s'auto-enregistre (on ne voit personne quand on arrive) mais tout est très bien organisé: message Whatsapp et feuilles d'instruction, plan de la ville, feuille de conseils (restaurants,...) Quand on voit les propriétaires (au petit déjeuner par exemple) on apprécie leur accueil et gentillesse.”
