"The outside of the hotel has an eclectic feel with the tropical florals and outer wall cut outs. The room is spacious and basic, with outer balconies including hammocks . Relax beach vibes and close enough to walk to the shoreline where the crabs and sea lions roam in abundance. Service was quick and complimentary breakfast was good."

El problema radica en que el aplicativo mandaba a que la ubicación estaba cerca a la playa y resulta que estaba mucho más lejos. Lo cual nos complicó el itinerario, si bien la anfrtioma buscó medios de como resolverlo al final genera mucha insatisfacción para usuarios del app(entendiendo que fue un problema de app)."

"Awesome location, across from the beach and near the interpretation center and trails. The rooms were ok with a small fridge (that was very noisy), 20 random channels on a small TV, and comfortable beds. Great customer service when she was around (about half of the time during the day). The view from the balcony was really the best part. We booked and paid online through Expedia but apparently this property didn't get the transfer. Not sure if this was a onetime issue with the worldwide...
