"I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned—there were feces smeared across the counter, which is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. The shower handle was also broken, making it difficult to use. There was no air conditioning in the room, and when we tried to open the windows for ventilation, they were missing the screens/springs. This allowed mosquitoes to come inside, forcing us to keep the windows closed. As a result, the room became extremely hot and humid, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and unacceptable experience. I expected much higher standards, especially when it comes to cleanliness and basic maintenance."

"Cons: we did stay at the older tower. Beds are too hard so uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. No microwave or fridge in the room. Sliding door to the balcony was old and struggled to open it, needs updating. The stand up shower makes a big water mess everywhere due to no glass door and short shower curtain so we had to use the towels to soak up the water. They either need to add a glass door or have longer shower curtains or raise the brick curb they have to step over into the shower it’s very small didn’t block anything. The towels were old and thin. Wish the breakfast was included. Had the breakfast buffet and it was $65 for 2 people not including tip!! Pro: rooms are clean. Spacious. Ocean view balcony. They have multiple pools/jacuzzis to choose from. They do have waiters for the pool area. Great location. Great staff. Feel safe. Access to the beach & pier. They do have a bar and food services on the beach."
