“Staff were very quick to shut down conversations as they came across as very busy.
They messed up my itemised payment.
I contacted them twice before arriving about spas and treatments and got no replies. I am since chasing a receipt and still not got it after 5 attempts.”

“Stunning castle on beautiful grounds. Loved all it had to offer — proximity to beach and Louisiana Museum, golf, bikes, lovely communal spaces. Rooms were a bit old school, but lovely none-the-less. Highly recommend!”

“I loved my stay at this hotel. Warm welcome, beach a 3 minute walk from the hotel, kind staff, healthy breakfast with lots of fresh food. Cosy room. The personal highlight was the bed, so so good, I had one of the best nights of sleep. Will be back!”
