Amazing view!
Loved this beautiful hotel. Although it was a walk to the town, the beautiful grounds and views more than made up for it. Also loved having a pool. Strongly recommend visiting this part of the world and staying here!

Excelente localização, atendimento péssimo
A paisagem em torno do hotel é deslumbrante, tem uma excelente localização, com vista para as montanhas das 7 Colores, estrutura física boa, porém o atendimento em geral é péssimo, no restaurante o cardápio somente em espanhol, não tem muita opção, a limpeza dos quartos é ruim, wifi não funciona. Falta funcionário no hotel para atender a todos os hóspedes, parece que os funcionários estão desmotivados, não tinha nenhum funcionário para fritar um ovo antes das 08h00 da manhã, sendo que o café inicia-se as 07h30.

HERMOSA VISTA. TRANQUILA UBICACIÓN
El establecimiento es encantador, tal como se aprecia en la web. Sólo a los fines constructivos, la siguiente observación: el equipamiento de cocina de la Cabaña (Cabin) es muy básico. Podría mejorarse con una mínima inversión (Por ejemplo: no cuenta con paga eléctrica, anafe, cocina u otro elemento para calentar agua, por lo que dependíamos de que el restaurante estuviera abierto -esto es hasta las 23 hs.- para abastecernos; tampoco existe destapador y/o sacacorcho). Sería muy interesante que contara con un asador o brasero en el sector de terraza-galería (lo cual sí tienen las "Casas" del complejo). Igual: el balance es positivo. Gracias

It is a nice hotel with a great view , our room wasnt well cleaned, we should like to have TV. In orden to the recepcion first they didnt find de reservation, and today we are not sure today how much did we pay for our room, we really dont know i its a problem of de hotel or expedia, but our cost resulted very high. We ll see in next days how will be solved this item. the restaurant was nice and friendly, but we found very expensive de wine prices. Dishes were good and reasonable.-
