The hotel was a mixed bag. The staff was great. Very helpful and polite. The room was comfortabe, The area is scary. Prostitutes are working the area all day and night. The hotel is a little run down. There was some mildew the shower. When a screaming match started in the next room the staff handled it pretty quickly. The area surrounding the hotel is dirty. They provide two free electric car chargers which I have never seen. If you need a reasonably priced room in Oakland its a good place.
