“We were very excited to be staying at Broomhall. It is nicely located near the Wallace Monument and Stirling. There is nothing around Broomhall as far as shops and restaurants or pubs. The bathrooms are updated, but the flooring (carpet) is very antiquated and had a few stains in our room. The Scottish breakfast was good and the fish and chips. The pub located on the premise was cute and Logan was very pleasant. There is a lot of potential for this hotel, but overall needs updating.”

“The outside of hotel is nice and the area. Rooms are big but need to be updated, especially the bed and bathroom, also was no extra toilet paper. Things I did not like, someone knocking at my door at 11pm and running off, when I mention to front desk they were like dont know but they do with people checking in, also got charge extra 25 pounds at check out and they cannot explain why or even respond to me. They put us in a room , right at front of stairs did not like that.”

“It’s a beautiful large spacious building with some very excellent function rooms and leisure facilities. The staff were very friendly and very professional. The dining room and breakfast was excellent. The subdued lighting was probably beneficial to those with a slight hangover from the previous evening.
