“This was by far one of the best inn rooms I have slept in for years. The bed was big and comfortable with a great mattress topper, two big wide windows for air. There was both a bath and a shower and both were clean. Tv and great coffee machine with plenty of milk and sugar with milk alternatives if needed. “Had everything we needed. Room small but only for one night. Tea and snacks provided. Bed comfortable. Quiet and just round corner to sea. Grest value for money. Check in easy snd parked in front. ”

“Had a great stay atvyhe Hurtwood. Found it by chance. Great village with plenty of walking direct in to the Surrey Hills as directed by the lovely lady who checked us in. Room very comfortable with fresh milk provided. We found the car park easy for a big car, but would not be so easy in season I think. Dinner in the bar was excellent and good portions. Breakfast cooked to order also great. Will go again. Thank you.”

“Beautiful location and property very nice but can't believe there is no lift / elevator in the building. Disappointing breakfast offering. Two breakfast buffet offerings advertised, continental £12.95 and hot £16.95 but on the first day there was no hot buffet. Hot food was ordered a la carte from the kitchen (plated) and price remained £16.95 regardless of what was ordered. Surely pricing should have been adjusted. Overall a very pleasant stay but if you're a senior or someone with disabilities...
