The family room was on the 3rd floor with two windows which were in poor condition. Only one was safe to open. The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was very good as was the restaurant where we had dinner one evening. Staff were always very helpful and polite.

Beautifully turned out seaside hotel. Especially like the fact that the family room had a double bed and two single beds (as opposed to a sofa or put up bed as is often provided). Made to order breakfast options were also fresh and delicious.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly and the service they all provided was impeccable. Hotel location was perfect for a weekend get away. The bar, restaurant and breakfast room were brilliant as was the food.

Historic & independent hotel on the waterfront

I stay at the Burlington whenever I am in Worthing. I like that it's an independent hotel and that it has a lot of history attached. The location on the front (but away from the noisy part) is ideal, staff are consistently welcoming and the breakfast is excellent!

Stayed for one night just passing by Worthing. Excellent room, clean, comfortable and with good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff and a delicious breakfast included in a reasonable rate. 10/10 would stay again
